Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

Return procedure

If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, you must package the item securely in the original packaging and include proof of purchase.

In some cases, returns are free. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on gelukify.com's part, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
