Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

Return Procedure

If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, you must pack the item securely in the original packaging and include proof of purchase.

In some cases, returns are free of charge. If you are returning an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of gelukify.com, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Note:

If the return is caused by the consumer, he is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee will be determined according to the chosen courier company.
If the items received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.

Refund

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the date of receipt of your item for your return or exchange to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, it may take one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
