What is the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email so you can track its status.

Can I change my order?

We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for delivery.

Once your order has the status "Ready to ship", "Shipped" or "Delivered", we will no longer be able to make changes to it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following 2 payment methods:

PayPal: gelukify primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover through PayPal.

Secure credit card payment: We also accept credit card payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What currency should I pay in?

All our transactions are processed in euros. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the correct exchange rate for your chosen currency, depending on the site you are on.

Do you offer the option of paying in 3 or 4 installments?

We accept payments in 3 ways.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania, and offer payment via PayPal and credit cards.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

After placing an order, it usually takes 3-7 days to process.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen.

How can I track my package?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email so you can track its status.

What happens if I'm not home?

If you are not at home, the package will be reshipped the next day or the delivery partner will contact you to set a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method selected.

You may also need to pick up your package at your local post office if it cannot be shipped to you.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item must be sold in our online store

- The product has not been used in any way.

- A request for a refund or exchange must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please contact our customer service to request a return.

Can an article be changed?

We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns.

To request an exchange, you must indicate that you wish to exchange the item for another item when preparing your return to us.

Is the return free?

If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, please package the item securely in the original packaging and include proof of purchase.

In some cases, returns are free. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on gelukify's part, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns will be approved within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

After receiving your return, your refund, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our service receiving the return.
