General Questions
What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email so you can track its status.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
Once your order has a status of "Ready to Ship", "Shipped" or "Delivered", we will no longer be able to make changes to it.
Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following 2 payment methods:
PayPal: gelukify primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover through PayPal.
Secure Credit Card Payment: We also accept credit card payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What currency should I pay in?
All our transactions are processed in Euros. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the correct exchange rate for the currency you have selected, depending on the site you are on.
Do you offer the option to pay in 3 or 4 installments?
We We accept payments in 3 ways.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe and Oceania, and offer payment via PayPal and credit cards.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Once an order is placed, it usually takes 3-7 days to process.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.
How can I track my package?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email so you can track its status.
What happens if I am not at home?
If you are not at home, the package will be resent the next day or the shipping partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and shipping method selected.
You may also need to pick up your package at your local post office if it cannot be delivered to you.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be sold in our online store
- The product has not been used in any way.
- A request for a refund or exchange must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact our customer service to request a return.
Can an item be exchanged?
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns.
To request an exchange, you must indicate that you wish to exchange the item for another item when preparing the return to us.
Is the return free of charge?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, please pack the item securely in the original packaging and include proof of purchase.
In some cases, returns are free of charge. If you are returning an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of gelukify, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns will be approved within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is received, you will be given a refund, exchange or credit within 14 days of our service receiving the return.
